Qualifications

• Degree qualified by September 2027 in Quantity Surveying, Architectural Technology or Environmental Science.
• Must have 5 GCSEs (including English, Maths and Science) at grade 4/C or above.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification (A-Level/T-Level/BTEC or equivalent) by September 2027.
• Desirable exposure to construction/placements.
