Job summary

JPS Construction Ltd seeks an experienced Foreman to lead a new residential development in the Mid Ulster area. You will manage site operations, ensure quality, safety, and programme adherence, and drive progress on site.

You should be a strong, hands-on leader with 5+ years as a construction foreman, excellent organisation, and a track record of delivering projects from start to finish. A full driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a construction foreman.
• Full driving licence.
• Strong leadership with hands-on approach.
• Good eye for quality and ability to keep site on programme.

Responsibilities

• Day to day running of the site.
• Coordinate and supervise all site staff and sub-contractors.
• Ensure work aligns with latest drawings, specifications and programme.
• Liaise with Project Managers during project life cycle.
• Track record of delivering projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrate strong organisational and decision-making skills.

Role

• Responsible for day to day running of the site

• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the latest drawing, specifications and programme
• Responsible for liaising with Project Managers during project life cycle
• 5+ years’ experience as a construction foreman
• Technical and practical knowledge of construction procedures
• Have a track record of successfully completing projects from start to finish
• Strong organisational and decision-making skills
• Full driving licence
