Job summary

JP&S Construction Ltd is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee a new residential development in Mid Ulster. You will lead on-site activities, ensure safety, and keep the programme on track.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years as a construction foreman, strong leadership, and a proven track record delivering projects from start to finish. A full driving licence is required, with opportunities to work with a forward-thinking team and enjoy 28 days holidays and pension.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a construction foreman.
• Technical and practical knowledge of construction procedures.
• Track record of successfully completing projects from start to finish.
• Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinate and supervise site staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the latest drawings, specifications and programme.
• Liaise with Project Managers during the project life cycle.
