Real Recruitment Solutions in Bournemouth is seeking a commercially minded Estimator to price enquiries and support the Pre-Construction Manager. The role covers small works up to multi-million projects using estimating software, visiting clients, surveying work, and producing priced schedules.

We require construction experience, strong communication and the ability to manage multiple tenders. A HNC or above is desirable, with knowledge of 2D/3D drawings and SMM7/NRM. Attractive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction field.
• HNC or above desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and team orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Able to read 2D and 3D drawings.
• Knowledge of SMM7/NRM and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Price enquiries and ensure a complete tender return.
• Process enquiries from small works to multi-million projects.
• Use estimating software to produce detailed estimates.
• Visit potential clients and survey work for priced schedules.
• Present tender bids for adjudication and produce RFIs.
