Commercial Contracts Solicitor – Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow

This firm is seeking a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join its successful team. The team specializes in advising on intellectual property, licensing, product regulation, technology, outsourcing, procurement, and data protection. The successful candidate will advise clients on a broad range of commercial transactional and advisory matters, representing clients across various sectors, including both customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Advising clients on day-to-day commercial contracts, commercial project work, technology, intellectual property, and data protection matters.
  2. Supporting the delivery of major projects within a team environment.
  3. Drafting, negotiating, and revising a variety of contractual documents.
  4. Managing and supervising junior team members' work.

Requirements: At least 4 years’ PQE and strong experience in commercial contracts.
