Job Description:

A growing and dynamic law firm is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy Residential Property team. Based in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Dundee, this role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a busy residential property team while supporting junior team members and building client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have between NQ-5 years’ PQE with relevant property experience. Key responsibilities include managing various aspects of sale and purchase transactions, remortgages, and transfers of title, as well as drafting and revising legal documents. The role also involves liaising with clients, property agents, and introducers to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
