Rise are recruiting a Construction Instructor at High Wycombe. No teaching experience required as full teacher training is provided; you will bring strong hands-on construction experience and work with lecturers to deliver practical sessions.This permanent role Monday to Friday offers 27,000 salary plus full training, a pension, 38 days holiday, and clear progression into teaching. You will supervise workshops, ensure safety, and help learners gain practical skills for industry.

Qualificações

• Industry experience within Construction.
• Level 2 qualification or above in a Construction-related discipline.
• Hands-on practical skills and good technical knowledge.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• No teaching experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver practical Construction instruction and workshop support.
• Assist lecturers in delivering engaging practical lessons.
• Supervise learners during workshop activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment and workshop facilities.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Full teacher training provided.
• Monday to Friday.
