Executive Network Legal Ltd seeks a Construction Solicitor (Non-Contentious) with 3+ years PQE to join a Bristol team handling a broad range of construction disputes and infrastructure matters. You will work with a portfolio of clients, including developers and contractors, on adjudications, court proceedings and ADR.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in contentious construction law
• Experience with adjudication and court litigation; arbitration/ADR is advantageous
• Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts and professional appointments
• Strong technical ability, commercial judgment and practical problem-solving
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
• Collaborative approach and contribution to team growth

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on significant construction and infrastructure matters across sectors.
• Handle adjudications, court proceedings, arbitration, mediation and other ADR forms.
• Manage claims including payment, delay, defects, professional negligence and contract interpretation.
