Our client, a Top 50 law firm in London, is seeking to hire a construction disputes lawyer for a contract lasting 6-12 months, with the potential for a permanent position. Candidates must be available immediately or at short notice due to the start date.

The team represents a diverse range of clients from the public and private sectors, including local authorities, NHS trusts, educational institutions, funders, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.

The successful candidate will be involved in adjudication, litigation, and arbitration, providing advice on potential disputes and disputes related to standard industry contracts such as JCT and NEC.

Applicants should be qualified in England & Wales or another Commonwealth jurisdiction (e.g., Australia, New Zealand) with over 2 years of PQE in handling construction disputes. Experience at a leading City, international, or top-tier regional firm is highly desirable.
