Trowers and Hamlins is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to join its Construction Disputes team in London. The role is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working at the Bunhill Row office.

The postholder will curate and manage know-how resources, review submissions, and draft materials for searchability on the document management system and intranet. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ post-qualification experience in contentious construction or as a professional support lawyer

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least five years post-qualification experience in contentious construction or prior experience as a professional support lawyer in construction disputes.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and organize electronic know-how banks for the team.
• Review material submitted by fee earners for inclusion.
• Profile materials on the document management system and intranet for searchable access.
• Source and circulate new legislation, case reports and developments.
• Drafting is a large part of the role.
• Prepare and deliver internal and external courses on know-how topics.
• Support tenders and record talks, videos and webinars.
