Borne Resourcing Limited is partnering with a Prime Central London property group to appoint a Construction Director to take ownership of its construction arm.

Initially hands-on to lead current projects, commercial performance, subcontractors and quality, with a clear pathway to build a management team, expand external client base, and progress to Managing Director with potential equity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-end residential refurbishment or new build projects.
• Strong commercial and subcontractor management.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
