  • Ensure designs comply with Building Regulations, planning conditions and all relevant legislation and standards.
  • Work closely with Pre-Construction, Estimating, Commercial and Site Management teams to develop coordinated and efficient project solutions.
  • Support value engineering initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency without compromising quality, safety or client expectations.
  • Contribute to design strategies during tender and pre-construction phases.
  • Promote the effective use of Building Information Modelling (BIM), where applicable, and maintain robust design documentation and document control processes.
  • Support the successful delivery of projects by ensuring design information is accurate, coordinated and issued in accordance with programme requirements.

  • The ability to coordinate multiple design disciplines and manage competing project priorities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to build effective working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
