Construction Delivery Manager
Base Location - 4 positions, 1 for each region
Salary: SS09 £58,630 - £68,098 (based on experience and authorisations) + car/cash allowance + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

We're looking for 4 Construction Delivery Managers to lead the delivery of overhead line plant replacement and automation programmes across regional areas within the SEPD patch. You'll oversee multiple construction teams, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of projects from LV to 33kV.
This role involves managing safety, productivity, and monthly forecasting to meet annual volume and financial targets. You'll support the L3 Construction Manager in driving performance, ensuring compliance with safety systems, and delivering asset health, maintenance, and investment programmes valued at £40-100m over the ED2 period.
You'll lead an integrated team, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure strong customer focus, commercial control, and collaboration across delivery mechanisms. Strong leadership, clear communication, and a safety-first mindset are essential.
