Job summary

Clarion is seeking a Construction Delivery Manager in London to join our Development Delivery Team. You will help deliver 50,000 new homes in 10 years, planning and delivering multiple projects within current programmes and pipelines.

You will engage stakeholders, arrange meetings and provide materials to secure commitment, drawing on experience across tenures including affordable housing and market housing. Hybrid working with England-wide base locations.

• Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement and workshops, with ability to identify needs and concerns.
• Proven track record delivering housing development projects across multiple tenures.
• Strong planning and delivery skills for complex development programmes.

We're seeking an experienced Construction Delivery Manager to join our Development Delivery Team to help us play our role in delivering 50,000 new homes in 10 years.

Drawing on your experience of delivering projects across a range of tenures including low-cost home ownership, rented, market sale housing and commercial tenures, we'll look to you to plan and deliver multiple projects within current development programmes already in delivery or in the pipeline. You'll manage the delivery of research, workshops, and other activities to support the specification and agreement of project deliverables.

Using your experience of successful engagement and working with internal and external development partners, you'll contribute to stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders; by finding out their needs, issues, and concerns; and by reacting to these needs, issues, and concerns, arranging meetings and events and drafting supporting materials to promote understanding and commitment.

You'll need a minimum HNC qualification or equivalent in a development delivery role or construction related field alongside proven experience within a housing development or other property based commercial organisation.
