Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Construction Delivery Manager to join the Development Delivery Team in London. You will plan and deliver multiple housing projects across various tenures, coordinating research, workshops and other activities to define deliverables.

You will engage with internal and external partners, identify needs, arrange meetings and draft supporting materials to promote understanding and commitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum HNC qualification or equivalent in development delivery or construction field.
• Proven experience delivering housing development or property-based projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with internal and external partners.
• Ability to plan and deliver multiple projects within programmes.

Location: London - Greater London House

Salary: £70,398.00 - £87,998.00 plus £5,000.00 car allowance per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We're seeking an experienced Construction Delivery Manager to join our Development Delivery Team to help us play our role in delivering 50,000 new homes in 10 years.

Drawing on your experience of delivering projects across a range of tenures including low-cost home ownership, rented, market sale housing and commercial tenures, we'll look to you to plan and deliver multiple projects within current development programmes already in delivery or in the pipeline. You'll manage the delivery of research, workshops, and other activities to support the specification and agreement of project deliverables.

Using your experience of successful engagement and working with internal and external development partners, you'll contribute to stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders; by finding out their needs, issues, and concerns; and by reacting to these needs, issues, and concerns, arranging meetings and events and drafting supporting materials to promote understanding and commitment.

You’ll need a minimum HNC qualification or equivalent in a development delivery role or construction related field alongside proven experience within a housing development or other property based commercial organisation.
