Job summary

Unify in North West London is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of complex, multi‑disciplinary civil engineering projects across water, tunnelling, pipelines and major civils. You will lead the commercial, operational and safety performance to ensure schemes are delivered on programme, on budget and to the required quality.

• Background delivering civil engineering and water infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM, design management, risk and cost control.
• Proficient with MS Projects (P6 advantageous).
• HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in tendering and pre-qualification for multi-disciplinary schemes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

The Role
