Seagate Homes in Spalding seeks a Commercial Assistant to join our Commercial Department on a 37.5-hour week. No prior construction experience is required; we value a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow within the business.

You will gain exposure to purchasing, invoicing, payments, cost control and project administration, while developing practical skills for a long-term career in construction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience is not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are important for handling multiple tasks.
• Comfortable with numbers and able to communicate with colleagues, suppliers and subcontractors.

Aufgaben

• Assisting with raising and managing purchase orders for materials and subcontractors.
• Checking and processing supplier invoices.
• Supporting the processing of subcontractor payment applications.
• Updating spreadsheets and maintaining accurate project information.
• Communicating with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Assisting with the procurement of materials and subcontractors.
• Helping to prepare reports and commercial information.
• Providing general administrative support across the Commercial Department.
