Seagate Homes in Spalding seeks a Commercial Assistant to join our Commercial Department on a 37.5-hour week. We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our Commercial Department based in Spalding (37.5 hours per week). This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing housebuilding company and gain experience across all areas of the Commercial Department. You will learn about purchasing, subcontractor management, payments, invoicing, cost control and project administration, while developing valuable skills that can lead to a long-term career within the construction industry.
Working alongside our experienced Commercial team, you will receive hands‑on training and mentoring, giving you the opportunity to build your knowledge and progress within the business.
Over time, you will learn how construction projects are commercially run, from initial information preparation, purchasing and orders through to completion.
