Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, bricklaying or related trades.
• Experience as a technician, workshop assistant or similar role is desirable.
• Strong communication and patient approach with students.
• Commitment to health and safety in workshop environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare workshop bays and materials ahead of lessons.
• Maintain health and safety protocols and PPE availability.
• Inspect, clean and store hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Assist teaching staff during practical sessions.
• Monitor stock and reorder materials; keep storage tidy.
