Qualifications

• Requires practical, hands-on construction knowledge and workshop safety awareness.
• Background in construction, carpentry, bricklaying, or related trades.
• Experience as a workshop technician or site helper is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set up workshop bays with tools, timber, bricks and materials before lessons.
• Maintain health and safety protocols and ensure PPE is available and used.
• Inspect, clean and store hand and power tools, reporting faults promptly.
• Assist teachers during practical sessions and monitor student safety.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with reordering materials.
