Job summary

LegalVision is seeking a Construction Associate (1-3 PQE) to join our growing practice in Manchester. You will draft, review and negotiate JCT and bespoke construction contracts, while advising on procurement strategies and regulatory issues.

You will work with an energetic team across construction, infrastructure and commercial matters, serving a range of clients with efficient, cost-conscious legal support.

Qualifications

• Qualified: An English qualified lawyer with at least 1-2 years of PQE in construction matters.
• Commercial focus and client service are essential.
• Attention to detail and efficiency are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of construction contracts including JCT, NEC and bespoke agreements.
• Advise clients on procurement strategies and regulatory matters.
• Support construction disputes matters including adjudications and litigation.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver client-focused legal services.
