Interlink Recruitment is representing a leading award-winning law firm in Manchester seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Associate. The role involves advising a diverse client base on construction and development matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, and driving growth of the practice.

The ideal candidate will have PQE 2-6 years (not essential), with a proven ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-focused advice within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• PQE 2-6 years ideal (but not essential)
• Experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts
• Advising on development/regeneration matters for clients

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, including development and regeneration projects.
• Draft, review and negotiate construction contracts and development agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, contractors and stakeholders to provide pragmatic, commercial advice.
• Support the team with business development and client relationship management.
