LegalVision Law UK Ltd in Manchester is seeking a motivated Associate to join our growing Construction practice. You will handle drafting, reviewing and negotiating JCT and bespoke contracts, advise on procurement strategies, and support disputes and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate is English-qualified with 1–2 years PQE in construction, with commercial acumen, attention to detail, and collaborative teamwork. This hybrid role combines office and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• English-qualified lawyer with 1–2 years of PQE in construction matters.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating JCT and bespoke construction contracts.
• Experience in litigious construction matters is valued.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of construction contracts (JCT, NEC, subcontracts).
• Advising clients on contract procurement strategies and regulatory compliance matters.
• Assist with disputes, including adjudications and litigation support.
• Help train graduates and contribute to team growth and development.
