What you'll be doing
As a Construction Assistant, you will visit a variety of minor and major project work streams, liaising with customers and contractors to complete works at customer premises as well as major construction sites. You'll support the business's customer service responsibilities with enquiries and complaints, assisting in the delivery of minor and major work volumes that are scheduled in a timely fashion as per targets, keeping customers fully informed throughout.
The Construction Assistant role will work closely with a team of construction project managers and operational support team members to collectively manage delivery of projects, district hazards, complaints, and general enquiries. This role is based in the Ayrshire & Clyde South district Kilmarnock office and reports to the Head of Delivery.
