Job description

Our client, a Chartered Building Surveyors firm, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join their growing team in West George Street, Glasgow. This role offers a clear path for progression and professional development, with opportunities to lead and manage a small technical team.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as an Architectural Technician or at a Senior level, with knowledge of Scottish building warrants and planning processes. Experience with Revit or AutoCAD is required; training can be provided if needed. The projects span Retail, Commercial, and Residential sectors, ranging from £100,000 to £10,000,000, across all RIBA Stages, focusing on Technical Design.
