Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking highly motivated Conservatory Sales Executives to join our team. This is a self-employed role offering the freedom to manage your own schedule and the potential for uncapped earnings. You’ll receive industry-leading training and pre-qualified appointments to help you succeed.

You will visit customers at home, consult on requirements, present bespoke quotes, and advise on design possibilities. A driving licence and own car are required; CAD skills are a plus.

We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Conservatory Sales Executives to join our team. If you are a driven and customer‑oriented sales professional with a passion for design and the ability to create bespoke solutions, we would love to hear from you! What you’ll be doing

You’ll receive industry‑leading training to equip you with in‑depth knowledge of our bespoke living space and conservatory products; you’ll be proud of our products, your designs and confident in presenting them to customers using your existing and increasing sales abilities.

Your role will involve:

• Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their own homes.
• Conducting in‑depth consultations with customers to understand their specific requirements and design preferences.
• Providing expert advice and guidance on conservatory options, materials, and design possibilities.
• Preparing and presenting detailed quotes and proposals tailored to each customer's unique needs.
• Educating customers about the products and services offered, thinking on your feet and cross‑selling other products where appropriate.

What we’re looking for

You’ll need to be self‑motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level.

• A keen eye for design and the ability to translate customer preferences into bespoke conservatory plans using CAD.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
• Proven experience in sales and negotiation, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Flexibility towards varied workloads and working hours.
• Ability to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
• Experience within Home Improvements (or similar) is an advantage.
• A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car.
