The successful Conservation Architect will have several years of post-qualification experience, strong technical and design abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction detailing and regulations.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect/ Architectural Technologist:

• ARB Registered
• Attentiveness to detail
• Ideally knowledge of traditional and classical architectural concepts
• Experience in job running across all RIBA stages
• Strong design and technical detailing
• Being well versed in ArchiCAD is advantageous
• AABC or RIBA SCA/ CA accreditations or working towards
• Proven record working on bespoke high end and conservation specialist projects
• Comprehensive understanding of building contracts and contract administration
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Be a driven, ambitious and creatively minded individual
• Willingness to travel within the UK
• Positive and motivated attitude

• Live local to Winchester
