Job summary

SSE SSEN Distribution is seeking a Connections Project Manager to develop, refine and execute projects across the Tayside/Angus area, with 50% time in Dundee or Arbroath Depots. The role requires delivering projects on time and within budget, while coordinating with design, planning, environmental and consents teams to meet governance requirements.

You will manage internal and external stakeholders, support customers and partners, and ensure safety management systems are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Track record of meeting project timelines and financial targets.
• Ability to develop project programmes, cost plans and resource schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe delivery of projects to programme, cost and quality targets.
• Lead delivery of key project outputs, coordinating design, engineering, planning and consents.
• Support customers and delivery partners to keep projects progressing efficiently.
• Drive profitability and improve delivery through strong customer service and collaboration.
• Apply Safety Management Systems and CDM regulations across projects.
