Warwickshire County Council, based at the Warwickshire Skills Hub in Nuneaton, is hiring for a Project Officer to support the Connect to Work programme. You will work alongside the Supported Employment Service Team Manager and Programme Managers to design, develop and manage projects aimed at helping people with health barriers gain employment.

Qualificações

• Degree or other equivalent qualification, or minimum of one year’s work experience.
• Experience in project management with ability to plan and deliver against deadlines.
• Ability to manage finances and budgets.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills including data handling and analysis.
• Ability to work on own initiative with good planning and organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the Supported Employment Service Team Manager and Programme Managers to design, develop, commission and manage projects within the Connect to Work Programme.
• Provide project and contract management support across Connect to Work projects, programmes and campaigns.
• Manage individual Connect to Work projects, initiatives and campaigns.
• Role based at the Warwickshire Skills Hub in Nuneaton with countywide travel.
