Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 1+ years of experience in law firm conflicts, risk, or business intake preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact professionally at all levels.
• High degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conflict of interest searches for new client intake and matter openings.
• Analyze results to identify potential conflicts for hit selections.
• Perform corporate research and AML/KYC checks on prospective clients.
• Enter client, matter, and billing information into the intake database accurately.
• Liaise with attorneys, billing, and admin teams to clear new clients and matters.
• Support process improvements and take on special projects in new business intake and conflicts.
