Job summary

Addleshaw Goddard is seeking a proactive Conflicts Analyst in Leeds to ensure regulatory obligations are met by managing conflict checks and risk analysis across the firm's global operations.

You will filter results, escalate issues to partners and fee earners, manage the team inbox, and support workflow development while maintaining information barriers and responding to compliance queries under supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk and compliance within a law firm, accounting or financial services.
• Ability to conduct extensive research and analyze information.
• Ability to work at pace with conflicting deadlines.
• Experience building rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of Money Laundering Regulations, Proceeds of Crime Act, sanctions regimes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform conflict checks and legal/commercial analysis of conflicts.
• Communicate with PAs, fee earners, partners and the conflicts team.
• Handle team inbox queries and compliance-related requests under supervision.
• Support project work including workflows and system monitoring.
