Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in risk & compliance within professional services or financial sectors.
• Strong ability to research, review documentation and identify key issues.
• Ability to work at pace and manage conflicting deadlines.
• Experience building rapport with stakeholders across levels.
• Knowledge of AML/Regulatory frameworks (e.g., Money Laundering Regulations, Proceeds of Crime Act, sanctions).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Intapp is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, filtering and resolving conflict search results and escalating key issues.
• Liaising with PAs, fee earners, partners and the conflicts team on issues and queries.
• Managing team inbox queries, maintaining information barriers, and supporting compliance-related tasks.
• Supporting project work, including development of workflows and monitoring systems and controls.
