Job summary

Burges Salmon LLP in Edinburgh is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join our conflicts team, working directly with lawyers and partners on complex matters and developing expertise in risk and compliance.

You will contribute to practical risk solutions, help evolve our processes, and have opportunities to mentor colleagues within a collaborative, hybrid-working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in conflicts management within a commercial law firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial awareness and good judgement balancing risk with client service.
• Confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative approach to work.
• Experience with InTapp and Security Policy Manager would be advantageous but not essential.
