Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is a four-star property located on the outskirts of Leeds. The Conference & Events leadership role involves steering a busy team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across meetings, events and banqueting spaces, while working closely with the Events & Group Sales teams to maximise revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within hospitality.
• Experience in busy meetings & events, banqueting and weddings venue.
• People management experience.
• Up to date with food & beverage trends & best practice.
• Knowledge of wines & spirits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Conference & Events team, ensuring brand standards and guest experience are of a high standard.
• Collaborate with Events & Group Sales to plan and execute events and meet client expectations.
• Maximise revenue opportunities across conferences, events and banquets.

What will I do?

Responsible for leading the Conference & Events team, you’ll lead from the front and work together with your team to ensure brand standards are adhered to, the guest experience is to a very high standard and revenues are maximised at every opportunity. Working closely with the Events & Group Sales team to plan and execute each event, meeting the client’s expectations.
