Aimbridge is seeking a Conference and Events Assistant to support the delivery of weddings, corporate functions and private events within our busy hotel environment. You will help with setup, service and guest experience, ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish.

Work as part of a professional hospitality team, develop your confidence in events delivery, and gain exposure to high-standard event operations across our venues.

Qualifikationen

• Previous hospitality or events experience is helpful.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.
• Able to multi-task and stay organised in a busy environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist with set-up and running of conferences and events.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during events.
• Ensure all event spaces are presented to a high standard and safe.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
