Job Description

We are looking for a friendly Conference and Restaurant host to join our hospitality team. The Conference and Restaurant host will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of our conference space, preparing breakout areas, and fulfilling guest requests, while matching the needs of the business. The candidate will also assist with food and beverage operations.

A top-notch Conference and Restaurant host should be able to stand and walk for extended periods and thrive in fast-paced environments. Ideal candidates are able to engage with people from a variety of backgrounds and maintain professionalism at all times.

What will you be doing?

1. Welcoming clients and providing guidance throughout the day.
2. Answering questions and addressing concerns of clients in a charming, polite manner.
3. Creating a positive and memorable customer experience.
4. Ensuring that the Conference space is clean prior to and after the event.
5. Maintaining a smooth and organized flow within the restaurant.
