Aston Villa Football Club Limited is seeking Conference and Events Sales Executives to join the Villa Park team, driving revenue across conference and events offerings, from inquiry through post-event feedback.

You will respond to leads, tailor proposals, coordinate events, and travel between Villa Park, the London Office and Bodymoor Heath training ground as required to build new relationships and secure bookings.

• Proven experience in a similar conference and events sales role with strong knowledge of conference and events processes.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer experience, building relationships with customers and communicating them clearly in writing.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; travel between Club sites.

You will play a pivotal part in driving revenue for the Club’s conference and events offerings -responsible for securing new business, managing relationships with existing clients and handling all aspects of event co-ordination from inquiry to post-event feedback.You will respond promptly to incoming leads from agents, venue profiles, website inquiries, and previous bookers with detailed proposals on available event options whilst tailoring proposals to meet client requirements and showcase our world-class spaces and services effectively.You will also attend industry and networking events to build new relationships and identify potential sales opportunities.
