Job summary

Valor Hospitality in Nottingham is seeking Conference and Events Assistants to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will actively set up meeting spaces from small gatherings to events for up to 400, and manage the conference café, ensuring smooth operations throughout shifts that cover evenings and weekends.

You will also handle audiovisual setup and service, delivering hospitality with a warm, personable touch, and have opportunities for career training through apprenticeships and brand

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for Conference and Events Assistants to join the team delivering to our guests an exceptional experience. You will be hands on setting up meeting spaces from a meeting for 6 through to an event for 400.

We're in search of individuals who are dedicated to provide outstanding customer service with a warm and personable touch.

Joining our team means taking on essential responsibilities, such as preparing meeting and event spaces, setting up audiovisual systems, and managing our conference café.

You'll also have the opportunity to use your hospitality skills by serving banquets for up to 180 guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
