Role Overview

A Conference and Banquet Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising conference and banqueting operations to deliver an excellent guest and member experience while supporting department targets.

What will I be doing?

  • Supervising conference and banqueting operations
  • Communicating and delegating tasks according to daily function sheets
  • Working across all areas including Bar, Restaurant, and Room Service
  • Welcoming guests politely and professionally
  • Following cash handling procedures
  • Managing guest queries efficiently
  • Ensuring cleanliness of work areas
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling daily operations
  • Ensuring compliance with brand standards
  • Representing team needs
  • Supporting Food and Beverage in achieving financial goals
  • Assisting with team training and development
  • Participating in performance appraisals

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in conference and banqueting
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Flexibility to adapt to different work situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
