Job summary

Kinnerton Confectionery in Fakenham, Norfolk, is hiring Process (Machine) Operatives. You will operate chocolate and packing equipment, monitor quality, and maintain production records in a fast-paced factory.

The role offers 4 on 4 off days or nights, with set days or nights and no rotation. Competitive hourly rates with grading progression, plus comprehensive training in Food Safety, Allergen Awareness, and Health & Safety certifications, plus a pension and healthcare options.

Qualifications

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and production performance.
• Complete production records accurately.
• Carry out machine checks, changeovers and basic problem solving.
• Maintain food safety, health & safety and GMP standards.
• Support continuous improvement and waste reduction activities.
• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow procedures and quality standards.
• Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements.
