Conduct and Compliance Manager

London / Hybrid

I am looking for an experienced, client-facing advisory professional to join a small team in London. You will have specific experience in managing and delivering conduct risk and compliance projects for retail financial services clients, including retail banking, consumer credit, motor finance, insurance, or wealth management.

You will have a proven ability to provide detailed, pragmatic, and insightful regulatory risk advice to clients, as well as assist them in navigating their relationship with the FCA.

My client has a small but highly motivated and knowledgeable team based in The City with hybrid working. You will be involved in mentoring and developing junior staff, managing client relationships, and delivering business-critical programmes of work.

This role would suit someone who is driven and does not want to be held back by limited promotion prospects.
