Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a Plant Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operation of the concrete plant. You’ll batch concrete, manage stock, and maintain the plant while delivering high-quality products and service to customers.

You’ll work closely with colleagues, customers and the Order Office to keep the plant running safely and efficiently, ensuring waste, safety and housekeeping standards are met and all records are kept up to date.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (4/C or above) required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills essential.
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.
• Experience in concrete, aggregates, manufacturing or industrial environments a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Operate the batching plant and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with Order Office and customers to meet production needs.
• Maintain stock, inspect materials and carry out routine plant maintenance.
• Ensure safe operation and housekeeping across the site.
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage waste and environmental procedures.
