Job summary

Anchor Group Services is seeking a professional Security Officer for Princes Dock, Liverpool. The role operates a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (7:00-19:00), averaging 42 hours per week, with a pay rate of £13.45 per hour.

You will act as a security presence and professional ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service on a prestigious corporate site. The position requires confident engagement with clients, visitors and staff, patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring and incident response

Qualifications

• Essential: Valid frontline SIA Licence.
• Desirable: Valid CCTV Licence.
• Experience in corporate/concierge environments is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services in line with site AI’s and procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorised activity.
• Control access passes and manage visitors.
• Report irregularities and incidents to the control room/manager.
