Job Description:

The Role: As a Concierge & Reservations Executive, you will provide exceptional customer service, create bespoke itineraries, and recommend experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and achieve Activities & Experiences sales targets.
  • Improve communication procedures internally and externally.
  • Grow revenue and room sales, handle reservations, and manage the reservations desk during holiday cover.
  • Manage guest enquiries for Activities & Experiences (A&E).
  • Conduct pre-stay calls at 30 and 14 days.
  • Handle A&E bookings on Checkfront and manage checkfront details.
  • Manage A&E charging and build relationships with A&E suppliers.
  • Prepare monthly reports on A&E activities.
  • Collect guest profiles in Clock PMS.
  • Manage reservations via various channels.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
