About the role:
As a valued member of our team, you’ll be at the heart of helping customers create their dream spaces. You’ll actively engage with them on the shop floor, getting to know their needs and offering expert guidance to find the perfect furniture solutions. Your role is key in delivering not just great products, but an outstanding customer experience that keeps them coming back!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers, understanding their needs
- Recommend suitable furniture and upsell additional products
- Close sales and handle documentation
- Provide excellent customer service in-person and by phone
- Support other departments when needed
Preferred Candidate Requirements:
- Customer service and sales knowledge
- High energy, resilience, and strong sales skills
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
- Proactive in learning products; retail or furniture sales experience is a plus
Personal Traits:
- Positive, people-oriented, and reliable
- Multitasker and team player with a can-do attitude
