Hamberley Care Homes is seeking a Receptionist to manage the reception area at Chawley Grove in Oxford. You will greet visitors, direct family members, residents, and contractors, and handle calls with professional care.

A strong customer service background and proficiency in Word/Excel are essential. We value a caring, patient demeanor, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Service/Receptionist or Administrative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to be the first point of contact with a friendly, professional manner.
• Demonstrates care, patience and respect in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for visitors and third parties, greeting and directing them around the home.
• Answer incoming calls and document or redirect as needed.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation in the reception area.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as required.
