Job Title: Concierge

Rate of Pay / Hours: £12.50 per Hour plus generous company benefits, training & development / 40 hours per week

Type of Contract: Permanent

Location: Oxford

As a Concierge, you will combine customer service and front-of-house duties with driver and valeting responsibilities.

Your role as the first impression...

Welcoming guests outside the property, assisting with luggage, and managing parking are just the start. You will interact frequently with guests, setting the tone for their stay at Malmaison, and must be passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent service with a smile.

Working with the front of house team, you will assist with check-in, check-out, and rooming guests.

Local knowledge is advantageous for providing directions and information about Oxford, the hotel, and local attractions. You will also help with booking tickets and recommending dining options.

Requirements: A full clean driving license is essential.
