As a Concierge, you will combine customer service & front of house duties with driver & valeting responsibilities.

You are our first impression…

Welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and managing parking are just the start. You will interact frequently with guests, setting the tone for their stay at Malmaison. Passion for hospitality and excellent service are essential.

You will assist with check-in, check-out, and rooming guests. Local knowledge of Oxford, attractions, and the hotel’s features will be advantageous. You will also help with booking tickets and recommending dining options.

Requirements:

• A full clean driving license is essential.
• Opportunities for progression into front office positions are available for the right candidate.
