Job summary

Grosvenor is seeking a customer-facing concierge for Eaton Square in London. The role involves standing outside residential units, engaging with high-profile residents, and delivering daily concierge services with a focus on outstanding customer care.

You will own communications, coordinate with suppliers, and work as part of a team to ensure safety, maintenance, and a high-quality living experience for residents in the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge services for properties in your allocated section.
• Own customer communication and keep clients informed of issues.
• Be the face of the Eaton Square team and first point of contact for residents.
• Build trust and capture feedback from customers.
• Work with suppliers to ensure maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Oversee safety and security with regular inspections.
• Proactively manage gardens with the Garden Landscape team.
• Collaborate with Operations and Grosvenor teams on sustainability goals.

Job description

Working in one of London’s most prestigious residential garden squares, this role will allow you to have daily interactions with some of our key, high-profile customers and really own these relationships on a daily basis. This is an active, customer-facing concierge position that involves standing outside our residential units in Eaton Square so you would need to be comfortable being on your feet all day.

You will put the customer at the heart of all you do and will enjoy the direct exposure and interactions with our customers within the allocated portfolio, building trust, and prioritising tasks which you will see through to a resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering all concierge services required for the properties within your allocated section, this could include supporting vulnerable adults.
• Owning customer communication within the buildings, keeping your customers informed on any issues as required.
• Being the face of the Eaton Square team, and the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that they are kept updated on any issues that they report.
• Building trust with our customers, capturing important feedback from our customers
• Working with our suppliers to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Building Inspections, ensuring safety and security at all times
• Proactively manage the gardens, and working with our Garden Landscape team
• Work with the wider Operations and Grosvenor teams contributing to our sustainability and people positive goals

Work Rota

The Concierge service is to be provided on a rota basis, averaging 40 per week over a 1 month period, but may need to be changed in order to deliver the required service levels:

• A working day is defined as 8am – 6pm, including 1 hour lunch break and 2 x 30-minute breaks

Key Requirements

• Experience in a high-end and customer focussed position, ideally in a concierge type role.
• Experience in managing customer expectations and relationships, sometimes with high-profile and challenging situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Some basic understanding of maintenance tasks
• Work as part of a team to deliver customer requirements
• Enhanced DBS check
