Responsibilities:
The Concierge will respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
The ideal candidate must be familiar with the London area and demonstrate expertise when offering these recommendations to the guest. The Concierge must constantly adapt to the changes needed within the Front Office/Guest Services team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What we are looking for:
Advanced knowledge of London including restaurants, cultural life, and UK overall.
At least one year’s experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury environment.
Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.
Additional languages preferred but not required.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays.
MUST possess the legal right to work in the UK.
